Is anyone reading this besides me? And if so... what do you think?

Well, I started reading it. I just can't get past the beginning. I think the biggest barrier for me is that I read at night (before bed) so I'm tired and my wheels just aren't spinning so fast at that time. Maybe I need to read it during the day! It's definitely a 'thinking' book.

You're making me FEEL better! I'm the same way!
I'm not really a "reader" - but I really WANTED to read this book - but I also read at night. I'm also having a bit of trouble because you're right - it is a "thinking" book.
I talked to my sister about it (she's also reading it) and she said it could be because it's written in a specific "lingo" that she's accoustomed to and I'm not.
I will tell you that there are some exercises I found on line that seem to help me - and I think I'm going to have to read it MORE than once...
I'll PM you with the website so you can see the exercises too. :)

I am so glad I am not the only one! I have tried to read it but I seem to get "lost" in the words I will read a few lines and glaze over! LOL! I will keep plugging away at it!

Kimmy - here... try this...
Awakening Exercise: How to Be Present (http://www.oprah.com/obc_classic/webcast/exercises/anewearth_exercises_chapters_1.jsp)
It's a little more 1-2-3 "how to" which has helped me...:)
