I was in front of the tv the whole day... my dad, who is also a pilot (captain), had a similar situation some years ago in a B-727, after an engine exploded during the take-off (like in this case), but in his case he took the right procedures and he was also lucky, so it didn't have any consequences...
It is still unknown why the plane crashed after the engine started to burn.
I'm in shock... fortunately we don't know any of the victims but there were three people from my town.
