You know I don't have a clue?? Fat girl in school, married at 18, divorced and right back into another marriage. A date?? What is that?? Isn't that some kind of fruit you eat??

Dateing  I havent got a clue...
Married young myself, divorced young too, stayed single and raised my kids. Never had time for dateing. Then I was engaged, (which is how I found out about HomeTalkers, threw WeddingTalkers), now I am not even engaged anymore. Just back to being Ma, (and I love it).;)

hmm....a date? Well, I'll admit I'm also not the queen of dating. I've dated and it was fun. Movies and dinner most of the time. No one really went out of their way to do anything spectacular for me. Then I met my wonderful husband at age 19! :D We dated for 4 1/2 years before we got engaged (we lived together for 2 of those years though), then nine months later we were married and it's been almost a year. We still go on dates, but I guess that's not what you were talking about....

Very good question. Now a days dating is either being attached to someone or sex. when I go out w/ a new guy it usually ends with me saying "I wouldn't let you have sex w/ my dog" or else thanking God that I made it home alive. Men are wierd these days. I have never and will never understand them. what ever happend to a movie and dinner? Dancing and riding around town just talking? The ones that actually do those things are so freaking wierd you wonder if they are recent excapees from the looney bin. If someone figures out the mystery behind men and dating.....please let me know!!!

No a date is a date....but with the kids.... if we do get to go out alone (which is rare), dinner at BK is about it.:biglaugh:
Were hoping that when the kids move out (10 years and counting) we'll be able to do things like that. Ya if I live that long:scratch:
