Orange drop cookies
> (makes about 3 1/2 dozen 2-inch cookies)

> 2 eggs
> 3/4 cup sugar
> 2/3 cup oil
> 2 teaspoons vanilla
> 2 " grated orange peel
> 2 cups flour
> 2 teaspoons baking powder
> 1/2 teaspoon salt

> Combine eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and orange peel in a medium sized mixing
> bowl. Add combined flour, baking powder and salt and mix thoroughly. Drop
> from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
> Bake at 400 f. for 8 to 10 minutes.
> Spread icing as soon as they come out of oven.

> 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

> 1 3/4 cups icing sugar
> 2 tablespoons orange juice
