My husband LOVES chocolate pie - I'm not a huge fan, but I gave it a shot.
1 box jello instant chocolate pudding ( follow instructions on box)
Milk
8 oz. tub of cool whip
graham cracker premade crust.
Takes 5 minutes at most - that's when you're fighting a dog under foot, and 2 year old pulling on the back of your shirt wanting to lick the spoons and trying to keep your husband's fingers out of the bowl until you've finished with it!
Guaranteed to be gone in 2 days! (less than that if there are more than just the 2 of you eating it.)
It's not really heavey because you mix half the cool whip with it and I only add one box of the pudding mix, whereas the reciped on the box calls for two. :p
