Bills....

what did you guys do when you first moved in with some one and you had your bills and he had his bills?? for example:

he had a :

phone bill
sears card
visa bill
cable bill
(normal bills)
furniture payments
bike payment
insurance
other bills
Sams card


so how did you guys handled them?? i paid his 300 phone bill, all of his other and normal bills from the apartment he was living in.. i paid 3k on his bike and his insurance! but see this sounds bad but his furniture, sams card and visa card i would not pay on because they were "theirs" his and his ex wife ( does that sound bad)!!!

I had student loan bills

He had credit card, and student loans(3)

We moved in together right after college so that was all we had, now we have: His credit cards(4), Our student loans(4), cable, rent, his car lease, auto insurance, pet insurance, electricity, gas, and utilities(water and garbage pick up).

We moved in together during college....(well, I was finished, he was almost finished). We split most of the bills. Then when we left our college town and moved 4 hours back to where we both grew up, he had a better job so he payed most of our bills. It's been that way ever since....except now all of our money is shared so it's not really like just he is paying the bills.

Since Jeremy has been working and I haven't, he's paid for everything. Luckily, he makes a good salary, so we were able to afford keeping me up while I was unemployed. Now that I'm working, he will still pay all of the bills from his salary, and I will put my money towards clothing and toiletries for myself, along with paying off my student loans.
