My Mom will be here this weekend!!!

I'm just so excited... my mom is coming in this weekend! I have not seen her since my wedding, which was in Oct 2001. I hate that we haven't seen each other in such a long time, but in that timeframe, she sold her business, moved cross country and started a new job (she was a little bit busy!!).

SO what are you guys going to do while she's here?

She has seen so much of Austin already... we will probably shop a bit, do some things to my house (she used to own a home interior store so she loves to move furniture around:D), she loves good mexican food (and she still weighs like 117 lbs :rolleyes: ) so I was thinking of taking her to either Guerro's or El Mercado on 1st st. We will talk and talk and talk and drink coffee and hang out... that is really my favorite thing to do with her. Maybe the Wildflower Center or Umlauf Sculpture garden too.

Thanks girls - I miss my mom SOOOO much. I can't believe it's been so long since I've spent time with her. She's like my best friend.
