The ex H is a royal pain in my :moon:
He knows things he shouldn't know *or even care to know for that matter*.......he has to pump Darek for info. Stupid things.......he was all upset over Darek telling him that Tommy and I were going to pretend to be married in Orlando. Telling those ppl I was married was the only way I could get the package that cheap. I'd pretend to be a drag queen for a vacation that cheap. Plus he talks about me to everyone he sees that knows me. Asks them Q's about me, tells them rumors he has heard on me, blah blah blah. Darek was even there w/ him the day he decided to call me at work to inform me that someone told him that I was selling food stamps for pot :rolleyes: Wow, to think I've been using hard earned money instead of the food stamps I never knew I got :huh: to grocery shop.
He questions me constantly over how much time Tommy spends here. I always would answer but I'm sick of it. The next time I'm going to say "You're not my Dad. I'm sick of answering to you I don't owe you anything and if you keep pumping my son for info I'll take you to court for mental abuse"
Like a big dumb:moon: I agreed to "joint custody" but I'm primary custodian. I'm wanting to go back and take away the joint thing and have sole custody. Does anyone know if this is easy to do? I don't want to drag Darek in the middle, since the ex H has done that plenty enough for everyone. In joint custody you have to agree on everything. There's no agreeing w/ the EX. I don't like the church he takes Darek to, I don't like him using Darek to get to me, I don't agree with him buying my 8 year old Adult rated playstation games, letting him watch horror movies, and buying him guns and knives. If and when I ever decide to move off with joint custody he could buck it.....and believe me he would. I have to do something tho.....something legal since Darek loves him so much I couldn't have him picked off. The ex better thank his lucky stars that I do have a child by him.
