Well, we have been talking about it for a long time now, and we are finally ready to purchase a grill. Any suggestions?

Weber! The bestest!

Look at them, I am sure they have a web site. Theres another one, thats really great, but very expensive, I can not think of the name now to save my life  . But if you want quality at a good price, go with Weber... ;)

Weber is great. DH and I got an Aussie last year. We have been SO HAPPY with it. DH swears it makes the food taste better. I just like the cute little skirts across the front. :D

Just something to get you started..

Also Viking makes a nice grill, but I think those are built in grills, not sure about that...

They vary, depending on size and type, check out the prices in the Amazon Weber (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/292639/ref=ilm_rc_461234/102-0119669-7546500) shop to get an idea'r. :smoking:

Webers are your best bet C. And M is right, you can get one for $119.00 or one for $300 depending on the features and the size.
I just bought a weber about month ago, well Doug bought it, its like way to big for me (I am scared to death of these gas grills, dont ask why, cause I dont even know LOL). I used to have a nice small one, now Doug bought this huge one with burners on it 3 racks, OMG, Just a bit much for me.
I go outside I look at it, and then I turn on my oven  .
We used it once and that was only because Doug used it.

Well stick it in a big box, put it in your trunk, drop it off up here. :D

I just found this article comparing different types of grills if anyone is interested: http://moneycentral.msn.com/articles/smartbuy/dollarwise/9665.asp?special=msn

We are going tomorrow (weather permitting) to look/get our new grill. :run:

My hubby will only use charcoal, gas isn't an option for him. All I know is the grill we have is black and he got it on sale at home depot for $95 or something like that. Ohh and he will only use charcoal from whole foods, nothing else, and I'm not allowed to touch it.

Well those 2 nice days we had the begining of the week, I used the grill all by myself :elephant: go me go me! It's really not that bad, I think it's the size that scared me...
We have 2 side burners so I can cook everything outside, and 2 warming racks.. (really cool).. Sorry M, I was really thinking about dropping off to you too...;)
But now that Doug stayed with me for over an hour and showed me what everything is and how to use it, I like it! :D

Did you use it this weekend C? I want a new grill, we used ours this weekend and I hate it. It doesn't get hot enough, IMO. ;) I'd love to have one that is versatile like that Char-broil. Then if we run out of propane we don't have to travel out for a fill up, we can through the coals on the fire. :D

I did that with my little grill M. I ran out of propane one night, and just disconnected the tank threw a bag of charcoal on and poof I was girllen again!
I know your not supposed to do that, but I had like 20 people here, and I was too embraced to tell anybody I ran out of gas LOL...

M, we used it all weekend and we are in love with it. LOL!

Last night my parents reminded us to always have an extra can of propane on hand b/c you never know when it will run out, but lucky for us we can use charcoal as well so I'll make sure to always have one or the other on hand. Would hate to have to run out to the store in the middle of cooking while we have company over.

Sorry Suzie, I almost spit soda all over my keyboard when I saw that LOL, you know I love ya!

C, we just saw one of those last night at Home Depot, I said, that's the one C just bought, that's what I want, so subtle aren't I? :biglaugh:
