talk to your in-law's on the phone?

I use to talk on phone to my Inlaws every thursday as Dh then Bf we use to get together for pizza every friday night and would set a time and who picks up who on thursday for friday to met with my MIL. We stopped doing that about two yrs ago as we moved a distance away from them, so now we talk about once a month sometimes less or more if something is happening in the family around us or them.

You're asking for it, aren't you, Andrea. ;) Never. Okay, once in the almost 3 years we've been married. Yeah, we don't get along. It's sad, but at least DH can talk to them now. He just did tonight, in fact.

Only on special occasions and if I answer the phone when they call which is rare.
DF calls them often though.

Not to often, only if i have a specific question i need an answer to. Hubby talks to his mom just about every day.

I talk to my FMIL about twice a month. I love her lots, but she can be a little stressful at time. I usually call his mom one week and my mom the next. Can't take them both in the same week!

I only talk to my MIL on holidays. Half the time they don't even call us when they're coming to town to visit hubby's sister. I don't get it, really ... they used to call all the time when we were first dating/married ... now nothing. Go figure! :shrug:
