Did you sign one when you got married?

Yup. Only because we were concerned about what might happen if (God forbid) something happened to us. I brought quite a bit of assets into the marriage, and with the way the ILs were acting, my parents wanted to be sure they couldn't get ahold of it. That made sense to us, and some of the money came from my parents, so we figured they had a voice in it.
The prenup basically says in the event of our deaths, what's mine goes to my family, and what's his goes to his. This is really only applicable if we both die at the same time. Morbid, ain't it?

No, we had no need to. ;)

We didn't have a need to either. :) Of course when we do start accumulating assets and actually have a positive net worth then we will definitely set up a will for the same reason Marg signed her pre-nup.

No we didn't have one, but if we would have it would have been that his debt would have stayed w/him. :biglaugh:

Nope didn't have one either. But we will do a will once we start having our family.

I dislike the thought of them very much. I feel it is creating an easy out if things dont go smoothly.

Frankly I'm all for them. I'm not out to take anyone's belongings and sure as heck don't want them pawing mine if we split. If and when I ever marry again I will make sure we both agree on a prenup.

Nope. No money, so, sadly no fiscal need. :) At the same time I am also ideologically opposed to them.
