I feel like a loser!

Here I am, single, no child this w/e and I'm sitting here staring at my computer like it's suppose to be my evening entertainment :rolleyes:
I have went out and bought a pizza and rented some movies. I'm too depressed to eat or watch movies. :cry:
I'm sick of the bar scene........and there's nothing to do here on w/e. I know I should be out doing the mingle thing or anything besides sitting here stewing over life but.......here I am.

Anyone else ever feel this way? This SUCKS!

I've been there many times... even now with a husband, sometimes we both feel like we should be doing something!

But we just sit like bumps on a log.

But I know what you mean... when I was single, I'd get that way a lot... it's terrible. That's usually when I'd break out the journal and write away.

You could alway try a new hobby, go shopping, take a little mini road trip, play computer games (that always helps me... I'm such a huge gamer... I get lost in them and forget the world around me!)

Or just talk to us here... ;)

Hope you can kick this mood... I know it sucks! But it'll pass, and we're here for you!

You can come trade lives with me for a weekend. I've been hauling huge piles of dirt into the woods, triming trees, and shoveling gravel into a new pathway around the house. PLUS, I'm shopping for a dishwasher, and our car just broke down.

Now, doesn't movies and pizza suddenly seem much better?

By the way, what movies did you get? You know ... there's nothing wrong with a nice movie night. Maybe take a bubble bath afterwards. Do you nails. Do a facial. Totally pamper yourself. How often do you get a chance for quiet time for yourself! *hope that looking at it from that perspective makes it seem a bit less depressing*

I have Ghost Ship, My big fat greek wedding, Insomnia, and about a boy. Seen those? Are they good? A bubble bath and some expiermenting w/ home made beauty remedies does sound appealing! And I bought the July issue of Cosmo today :elephant: I can read and soak...........

Off to run me some water and break open the new mag!

Wow, feel for you. Except, I don't have extra time on my hands. My 3 young kids keep me busy 24/7. Sometimes wish I had that boredom of no kids around. But I don't have a support system here to give me a break from my kids. My hubby's the only one who gives me a break on the weekends to run to the store by myself for a few hours. Sorry, I'm coming from the other extreme. Can't imagine what life for you is like. Sounds like you're lonely. So am I, even being a full-time mom with 3 kids. Ever want to just chat, I'm a good listener.:)

UH Yeah girl! I am right there with you! I read and did homework for my classes last night. What fun on a saturday night. Then I watched some tv. NOT FUN! Oh well. I wish you lived closer!! We could out together!

So did you watch Ghost Ship yet? I have seen it and well it was strange. It was an ok movie. The first scene had me in shock for most of the movie.

There is no way in hell I could watch My big fat Greek wedding right now. That would only depress and piss me off more. Although I have seen and it was a good movie. Just not what I need to watch right now.
