QUICK!!! someone grab my feet!

We were driving around last night looking at areas to consider moving & stumbled upon heaven!! No exaggeration, this area is by a big park, by a few canals (some of the homes are waterfront), tons of trees & winding roads... cool architecture... it's nicknamed Sherwood Forest (how cool is that??!)

We just sent our list to our realtor this a.m. & have some appts this afternoon & tomorrow to walk thru a few... wish us luck please... good vibes are definitely appreciated ;)


oh i forgot to mention that it's about a ten minute drive to the beach & walking distance to the bay.

All of your good vibes are working so far... I'll keep you posted, but as of now, they accepted our offer & we have done the inspections (they say the house is in excellent condition but we do have a few things (around $10,000 to barter with) that need immediate attention. Namely the two bathrooms inside the house need new subflooring which will run around $4,000 each one & then some electrical re-wiring b'c of outdated hookups. The home was built in 1952 & the original designer/engineer lived there for the first 40 yrs then passed it to someone for a year, then the elderly ladies who own it now have been living there for the past eleven yrs. ITS GREAT!!! I don't want to "jinx" us in any way by talking too much about it, so... more as soon as its ours free & clear. I even have pics already!! I look at them daily :D

Keep those good energies comin', they seem to be doing good for us!:D
