Omg---i Am So Excited!!!

I talked to the banker yesterday and we were APPROVED!!!! It was only like a 2 day deal --- He pulled our credit report, said it was wonderful, and said "How much do you want???" I couldn't believe it was that easy! I have talked to alot of people about this bank and all I have heard is how wonderful they are to deal with and that they want there to be as little red tape as possible!

OK on to more news!!! I talked to the contractor a few minutes ago and he is going to get the Building Permit tomorrow. He said that so long as the weather cooperates that he should have walls up and the roof on by the end of August!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOO!!! That means I can probably be in by Christmas!!!

OMG OMG Can you tell I am jumping up and down here?!?!

Yes...we have plans picked out but they aren't on the internet. We had them drawn (modified someone else's plans) so they aren't computer accessible. It is 3 bdroom, 2 bath, large LR, U-shaped kitchen, DR, Attached garage, and a front porch all the way across the front.

I will most definately post pics when we get started! I will do a House Journal like the TTC journals :lol: !!

And yes, Pam.....I am planning on :crossed: being preggo this time next year!!!! ....new house one year.....baby the next!!!!
