As many of you may know, we are most likely going to be moving out of state after the baby is born, or maybe sooner, depending on when we can sell the house.
Our house is only 1 year old and it’s a great little house, beautiful and perfect for a small family. Our yard is very well manicured and landscaped – we’ve spent more time there than anywhere else. It’s also a very new neighborhood. The school system is great and we’re in a virtually no-traffic zone.
We’ve made lots of improvements to the home and are very proud of it, but we want to be closer to family and we’re tired of this high cost of living. We want to put the house up for sale by owner, so that we don’t have to deal with all of the realtor’s fees, etc.
Our next door neighbor is doing the same thing. We’ve never done this before, so we’re needing some advice. Has anyone here ever sold a home without using a realtor?
