I am sure their are many different recipies called Breakfast Pizza, but in this house, there's only one. ;)
This is one of the quickest recipies I make as well.
1 lb. Fatty bacon (yes, I said fatty bacon. We are going for flavor here, not counting calories. *wink*)
Oh yeah...this is fattening, and an artery clogger, so don't have it daily. *grin* Ok now... where were we........ah yes.
1lb of fatty bacon
Thomas' English muffins
Velveeta slices
real butter
Fry the bacon in a skillet slowly. The slower you fry it, the more flavor it will have. And stir it often. When it is all brown and only slightly crispy, remove and drain on paper towels.
Toast as many English muffins as people you will be serving. Do this in the toaster. When they pop up, butter them well with the real butter, and place a slice of Velveeta on top after buttering.
Finally, cover the velveeta topped muffins with your fatty bacon, and place them all on a glass dish. Pop the dish into the microwave for about 6 to 10 seconds. Just long enough to melt the edges of the cheese. Make sure you don't over mic them. The cheese will fry up!! :)
Now sit down and bite into the grease filled, artery clogging, butter loaded, bacon crunching, most delicious, bad for you, but tastes oh-so-good, breakfast your taste buds have ever known. ;-) :)
