Cucumber Dip

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup cucumber, grated (not peeled)
1 1/2 tablespoons onion (grated)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons grated celery
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all together and serve with a variety of vegetables or crackers.
