1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 cups pecans
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in baking pan. Add 2 cups pecans and roast in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and add seasonings. Toss to coat. Serve hot or cold.
