I have been thinking a lot about TN and getting a job there. Even if the timeshare thing falls thru there are so many RE agencies over toward that area. It's very fast growing and there's a lot of money to made there.
I have found a house I already like. It's huge and a good price. I could easily swing the payments (hopefully :D)

I think it looks great, Krysti! I like it much better than a lot of the other houses in Morristown (is that the only city you're looking at?). There are some others that I thought were cute, but they're either butt-ass OOOOLD or really small (or both!). This one sounds totally reasonable: a lot of space, some land, and it's only 5 years old. What is the school district like there?

The school district is 'suppose' to be great. Of course I'll just have to see about that :D They'll dread to see me coming--->I do need to chill a bit, Darek is getting older but the thought of someone mistreating him makes me want to hurt someone.
There are a few others I have my eye on. I LOVE that first one! It's so cute! And :eek: the last one is gi-normous! I agree with you on the cheapy cheap one, too. That price is waayy too good to be true.

They all look neat... ON the one you tink something is wrong with it, here's what I see (I used realtor.com to find our house so I'm used to their listings :) ):

No central air - in TN, not a killer, but uncomfortable definitely
No garage - you may not care
Small master bedroom - this is going to be a house with fairly small rooms which will make the whole thing feel smaller. Happens a lot with some split levels.
Itty bitty living room - one of the bedrooms is bigger by a foot on one wall. :D

Still, worth the money if its sound. I just think it's probably those things bringing down the price compared to the others. :)

:eek: Thanks Angel! I hadn't even noticed how small the rooms were! You're a genius! I marked that one off my list. I'd rather pay a bit more and have more room. The house that I live in now is cozy and I have it well decorated but it's too small. I'm wanting a lot more room + a rec room for a future pool table :D
