My name is Matt Farina, I am a 4th year Product Design student at the University of Huddersfield in the UK. I am carrying out research into the laundry process for my final year project.

Q5- Yes, apartment dryer vents. If you're not familiar with this, it is a plastic box that you attach to the dryer hose when there is no vent leading to outside. They are a pain to hook up and don't work well at all.

Q6- B My machine has a special setting for clothes that are normally washed by hand.

Yes.......
I agree with the "super dryer"..lol
but also with all of the decent detergents out there , it really needs to get better with Holding in the Dyes in the clothes.
I have to wash so much with 3 boys that within weeks the dye's start fading (and I use tide)
