Thats a cool photo. I love taking pictures myself, nothing professional but I love just walking around thru the woods and see what's there. That was a nice surprise in the back with the buck. Its almost like a "couple" picture.
I just checked out the rest of the photos in your gallery and they are awesome.

Thanks for the comments Heather!
A "couple" photo for sure! He's like the boyfriend in the bar that hides in the shadows to watch and make sure no one makes a move on his woman!;)

Those are beautiful photos! What type of camera do you use and where do you shoot most of your pictures?

Thanks Csara!
I use 35mm equipment and shoot with transparency film for all nature work. All photos are taken around my home province of Ontario. I do a few trips to Algonquin Park throughout the year and canoe in to more remote areas looking for "untouched" landscapes.

Hi,
I just looked at your work and I'm very impressed...absolutely gorgeous! I am a student photographer -- I never got to the "color" portion of the program, but got flying colors in "Black & White." I love doing black & white's. I love being in the lab.
I didn't quite understand the process in which you do -- so, do you do traditional printing or are you using digital?
I still can't seem to get into digital...I just feel it takes the "art" out of doing them traditionally. I know there is always the big question on which format is better.
I am going to try to build a lab in my basement by the end of this year, so I can do black & whites, but when I do color, I guess I'll try my luck with digital.
I have a Canon EOS 3 - I love it! I was doing a 2-year program at an art college, but got really sick and wasn't able to complete the progam -- as I've said, I did get through Black & White. Seeing you pictures just totally motivated me again....gave me that "feeling" of wanting!! Everywhere I go, I see a "picture." I just love it. I wanted to do "nature" photography too, but now I feel like I want to do abstract nudity and/or baby portraits, pregnant women, etc....
What kind of camera's do you use or have you used? How do you feel about digital? Do you only do "nature?" I'll send you a couple of my portrait shots, if I can find them (we just moved lol!) I would love a professional opinion! Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures!
