1/3 cup Italian Dressing
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
4 cups Assorted Fresh Vegetables*
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill** (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In 12-inch skillet, heat Italian dressing over medium-high heat and brown chicken, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add Assorted Fresh Vegetables and green onions and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Makes about 4 servings
*Assorted Fresh Vegetables: Use any combination of the following to equal 4 cups - sliced zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, red, yellow or green peppers.
