2-1/2 oz dry onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
2 pounds cubed beef
12 oz beer

Combine all but beer in slow cooker. Toss until meat is well coated with ingredients. Pour beer over meat and stir.
Place lid on cooker and cook on high 5-6 hours.
Remove bay leaf. Serve over noodles
