SHARK TRANFORMER is in stores for less!

Hi! I just thought Id warn any/everyone that I just ordered a Shark Transformer( from TV) .
It does not do CARPET (does have attachment for steps) It is more like a sweeper for hard floors. Also I wanted to return mine and I was told by a machine Id have to wait on the phone at least 20 MINUTESbefore I can speak with someone!!! I paid for shipping and will have to pay 29.00 to ship back:confused: :confused: :confused:
I have a problem with this .
Am I strange ,expecting too much?:confused:
OH yeah Get this I saw it today in CVS (drug/beauty, etc.. ) store for 59.00! I paid 80! plus 29.. shipping! To say the least Im not happy . Wouldn't mind soooo much if I can use the thing! And to hike the price like that Is WRONG ..
It does have great suction , may be good for pet hair on steps not sure...

Thank You and get your Shark at the store and save about 40+ dollars!!!

I got my 'Shark' at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for about $59 + another 20% off from a coupon. It's definitely not a replacement for a vacuum, but it works well to sweep up hair and crumbs on my tile. It's also easy for me to vacuum up the stairs b/c it's so light but you are right, it doesn't do that well on carpet and that's what my stairs are. :rolleyes: I hope you are able to return yours and get your money back. That just sucks.

FORGET ABOUT GETTING THROUGH TO A PERSON!
I found a RMA application and filled one out ..Only problem is I have to agree to pay for shipping again anddddd I can't find the recipt and manual I had put them in the box and now they are GONE.. I have 2 days to find them :(
Funny how nobody saw or touched "em but they are not where I put "em...

I emailed them dayzzz ago got a reply 3days later now waiting for the RMA #.
Looks like Im stuck with another vacuum!
