Just had to tell you guys about the asparagus I made last night. This week I'm more or less throwing things together cause it's crazy around here. I used wok oil just to coat the bottom of a pan. Added some garlic and sauteed for 5 minutes. Washed and trimmed the asparagus then cut it in half. Tossed it in the pan and stir-fried for about 1 minute. Added seasoned rice wine vinegar and salt. Let it go until it was done. Man, that was good asparagus. Sometimes asparagus can just be boring so I needed to play with it last night.
