Sexy Strawberry

Gazpacho is a Spanish summer soup, very healthy and it's one of my favourite dishes. I hope you try it and tell me if you liked it. It's DELICIOUS, easy to make and you will love it I promise :)
Ingredients (four people):
- Six big and red tomatoes
- Two green peppers
- One red pepper
- One cucumber
- An onion (not too big)
- A clove of garlic
- Some bread (soaked in water)
- Olive oil, salt and vinegar
Peel and cut the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, clove of garlic and peppers.
Mix them with the bread and blend all the ingredients, add water (you choose how thick you want it to be).
Strain it through a fine sieve (once is enough, twice is better) to remove the tomato seeds.
Add olive oil, salt and vinegar (as much as you like). Put it in the frigde or add some ice cubes (this will do).
