Hey girlies!
I don't know how I get myself into these jams but I have volunteered to make pasta salad for a luncheon on Tuesday. It's for 100 people
I am looking for a recipe that won't require any chopping or anything like that. Like, say using frozen veggies :barf:
If any of you have any recipes that would be so nice. Thanks!
Sorry I wish I could help, but I always make mine from a box. I am pretty lazy when it comes to pasta salad. Let me know if you find a good recipe. I might try it for a holiday get together or a BBQ that we have.

Sorry, but your going to have to get that ol' knife out and chop away! LOL!
An easy simple pasta salad would be to make the spiral pasta, Rotini I think is the name, or some other interesting shape, chop up some green peppers, red onion, red peppers, maybe black olives if you like, then take Good Seasons Italian dressing and pour it over top, easy peasy. Sometimes I add a little fresh mozzarella, sometimes feta, sometimes parm cheese to it. I also sometimes add a little fresh chopped basil to perk it up. So easy and so good!

I kind of figured I would have to chop. Oh well. I did find a good recipe (green and red peppers, onions, parm cheese, italian and creamy ceaser). It sounds alot like your suggestion Mel. Thanks guys. I guess I better get to work. It takes a long time to cook 7 lbs. or pasta!
