This has always been a hit at my parties.
1 Stick butter softened
1 cup mayo (I use Hellmans)
8 oz. Shredded Mont/Jack cheese
4 oz. diced chilies
One loaf of french bread
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except bread). Slice bread about 1/2 inch thick. Spoon over bread (about 1 tbsp each slice). Put on cookie sheet and broil til melts.
