Always a hit.....if you like White Castle Hamburgers!
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix, dry
5 tbls of mayo (I use Hellmans)
1-2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm party rolls
1 jar hamburger dill pickles
American cheese singles (for those who prefer cheeseburgers)
Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in mayo and soup mix; stir until well blended. Spread mixture on to bottom half of each party roll, top with a pickle, then the top half of each roll. Place on a cookie sheet (cover with foil) and bake 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes about 75.
