Did you know that some food has "negative calories"? This means that this food takes up more caloric energy to digest than the calories that are in it. So you are burning calories when you eat.

Awww lol! I wish that chocolate with negative calories existed! I love chocolate more than any other food in the world :D

sounds good to me. I like pretty much everything on the lists...:lick:and the chocolate should be added...maybe under misc. foods???;)

Mmmmmmm,, Strawberries,,,, Does the whipped cream count in the carbs,, maybe if I added a nice wedge of NY Cheese Cake,, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Somebody Stop Me!!!!! :eyebrow:
