DH and I would really like to start eating healthier and getting all of our vitamins from the foods we eat, rather than taking supplements (which we don't anyway). I know bananas are high in potassium, OJ high in vitamin C, legumes high in iron, etc. etc. What are some of your favorite foods that are high in vitamins? Also if you wouldn't mind naming which vitamins they are high in..... ;)
