What a gross thread to start. Sorry guys.
I have this line of something (calcium buildup or mold) in my 1/2 bathroom right at the water line in the toilet. We don't use this bathroom a ton so I'm sure it has come from not flushing etc.. But I want it GONE!!! I tried bleach but I can't seem to get the water level to stay high enough for the bleach to do its job. The water just keeps seeping just under that line.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem too with my spare bathroom. Bottom line - you need to use something acidic to get rid of it. You could try vinegar, but in my experience it's not strong enough. Use Lime Away or CLR. Squirt it round the sides, leave it for a while and then give it a scrub. That should do the trick.

Good luck.

Cindy.
