Hello

What food would anyone suggest for an 80s themed birthday party? It's for about 50 people, at a hall.

I would love both savory and sweet suggestions.

Sounds fun! Here are some ideas I found:

Sushi
Tostitos and Salsa.
Cocktail weenies w/ BBQ sauce.
Deviled Eggs.
Doritos and Light Beer
Nerds and Jelly Belly's Candy.
A Pink cake with exactly 16 candles on it
A Deli tray with tiny slices of breads, cheeses, and ham.

The Breakfast Club Sandwich: No meat, Cap’n Crunch cereal, and pixie stick powder on white bread.

Pac Man and Ghosts. Use round molds on Kraft slices of cheese to cut out the Pac Man shape and red, yellow, and green peppers to make the ghosts. Scatter them on top of your favorite salads for a retro presentation. You can use the same shapes as cookies.
