ZONING GUY

My wife and I recently purchased some Behr Premium Plus ceiling paint at Home Depot. I had the choice of either the Behr product or Glidden (which I have used in the past). For some God only knows reason, I asked the young man in the paint department which ceiling paint he would recommend. Without hesition he said "Behr without a doubt." Like the blind leading the blind I purchased the Behr ceiling paint.
Being fact that I haven't done any major painting in about a decade, and had always used Benjamin Moore paints. I decided to give the big old Behr a try! What a disaster that was. This paint went on reasonable well, but after it dried, I couldn't believe my eyes!!! There was a very strange sheen to it, and it had the hiding quality of diluted skim milk lol. I immediately called Home Depot and they were very nice in offering me a full refund and apologized for my trouble.
In closing, I visited my local Benjamin Moore dealer and purchased a few gallons of their Muresco ceiling paint. I was very pleased with the results I got from the Muresco. I'm glad to say that Moore still has the BEST paints to be bought!!!!
