Both of my sisters will be here this week - one is staying with me, the other with my dad. I'm going to make a nice dinner for dh, sis and me for Christmas eve.
Here's my problem...
My sister doesn't eat red meat or pork
I don't want to serve chicken
I thought about pasta, but dh isn't a huge pasta fan (yes, he married an Italian girl  )
I am lousy at cooking fish (even though my sister's favorite food is Ahi tuna).

I am considering fondue, but it seems a little "intimate" (weird, I know). Last year I made awesome stuffed poblano peppers (stuffed with shrimp, goat cheese, etc.) - my sister would eat them, I just thought I might try something different.

Any ideas?

The best solution I can think of is making two or three different meals, it wouldn't be an option in another situation but since it's Christmas you could prepare pasta or something like what you prepared last year and also red meat so all of you can eat something you like.

D,

Have you decided what you are going to do??
