GRRRR Prepayment penalty on our mortgage is pissing me off. We have to wait another 11 months before I can refi and take advantage of lower rates. However, by Dec 2005 (thats when our pre-payment penalty expires), mortgages will be high enough where it won't matter because the rates will get close to my already 6.75% anyways.
