I have a new favorite kitchen tool. It is a battery powered whisk. I make hot chocolate on cold mornings and it does a great job mixing the Cocoa and Splenda, then incorportating the milk. I also found it useful when making a roux for cheese sauce. It's also handy for getting lumps out of gravy!
