Hey! I was just trying to find a substitution for Thai green chile peppers for a recipe, and I came across a really cool site: http://www.foodsubs.com/.

It has TONS of info about veggies, fruits, dairy, grains, oils, and all sorts of other food/cooking-related stuff. There are a lot of photos, and for most entries they have suggestions for what to use as a substitution. Just thought I'd share...I know I'll be using it a lot!

I just learned about sea vegetables, salad greens and mushrooms. :) Did you know that portobellos are just large cremini mushrooms? So that means that the "baby bellas" I buy sometimes are creminis! Not that you guys care, I'm sure, but mushrooms are so confusing to me, so it's neat to learn more about them! :o
