Name changes after marriage

It's been a long time since I did this, and I'm kind of confused. When changing my name, does Social Security just need a certified copy of the marriage license, or do they need another form of identification too?

If I remember correctly, I had to have my old ID (driver's license) and my marriage license. Never hurts to take extra ID along...
