India Theme

I belong to a gourmet group who takes turns hosting themed dinners. In June it's my turn to host and the theme is India. I will be in charge of making the meat dish. Any favorites out there?

Mmm I love Indian food! I ate last weekened in an Indian restaurant, one of the things I had was lamb with a red sauce, I think it was a mixture of curry, tomato, probably carrot and of course other things... I'd love to find the recipe because the sauce was soooooooo delicious :lick: !
