Does anyone have a good recipe for crab salad using fake crab?

I make a crab salad from the fake crab all the time.
Its the easyist thing to make Buy some fake crab and take the crab meat and use your fingers to bit it up into little peaces (I wear laytex gloves so you dont get the fish smell on your hands) make sure all of it is in little peaces
then add mayo just enough I add a little and take it from there adding as needed.Then and salt and peper. I made it for a party one time I made alot and put it in a baking dish and toped it with a real crab in the center it looked great.Its just like making tuna add spices as needed. Its great for sandwitches.
