Almond Milk

Has anyone tried this? I had no idea there was even such a thing. I always stock up on Parmalat shelf milk and when I was at the grocery store the other day, the almond milk was right next to it. I decided to try it in chocolate. OMG, it's so good!! Oh and it's non-dairy so great for you veggies. :D

Mmmm... sounds great! How high in cals I wonder? Great for my BIL who is lactose intolerant too, I bet....

Meliz, surprisingly it's pretty lo-cal and lo-fat.
