Splenda

Does splenda give anyone eles headaches? I was getting horrable headaches after I would drink my coffee, so I thought it was the caffeine. Well then I made caffeine free green tea with Splenda and the same thing happened. So I tried my coffee with out splenda and no headache.

Just my luck something that tastes good and good for me (0 points) and it gives me headaches!!!! :banghead:

I only tasted it twice, because it was absolutely foul, but it didn't give me a headache.

RBH - I'm glad I'm not the only one - when I tried it, everyone (I mean everyone) swore that it tasted "just like sugar!" I thought perhaps I'd conjured the taste in my mind.

I should have known - they probably use the words butter and margarine interchangeably, too.

LOL! I think it tastes OK. I much rather have rthe real thing but that will nat aid in losing weight. SO I just cut it all out!

haha. I actually really like it! my mom swears by it. I don't buy it, but I don't mind it at all. No headaches that I know of either! ;)
