Recipe programs/software for PC

Does anyone know of a good recipe resource that can be installed on a home computer for easy reference? I tried a search on the internet, got tons of different programs out there. Has anyone tried any? If so, which do you recommend?

MasterCook is the BEST program available. It comes with TONS of recipes and you can add your own easily. It also makes it very easy to import/export your recipes. Hope that helps.

I really like Mastercook too. I wish the mealplanning feature was more intuitive though.

I have been dissappointed by the meal planning too. I have had this program for a year and a half and it's just too time consuming.
