1 Cup coconut
1 Cup crushed pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 Stick margarine
1lb. Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Combine the coconut and pecans. Spread in the bottom of the pan. Prepare the German Chocolate cake mix according to directions. Spread mix over coconuts and nuts.
Combine the cream cheese, margarine, and sugar. Drop by tablespoons all over the cake.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Note: Cake will look like it is not done in the middle, but that is how it is...
