Apple Chocolate Chip Cake
(DO NOT use an electric mixer for this recipe!)
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
6oz chocolate chips
3 cups sliced apples
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees!
