Red, White and Blue Cheesecake

my mother in law is making this for the 4th of july party she throws for the whole neighboors:


2- 8 oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tea vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium until well blended. Add eggs and mix. Stir in white chocolate. Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Arrange blueberries in a star pattern on top of the cake, fill the center of the star with strawberries.

This is a great recipe!! Especially this close to the july 4th holidays I'm always looking for something new to bring to cookouts!!
