FrozenCappuccino Pie
Serves 10
6 POINTS per serving
8 oz light cream cheese, softened
14 oz can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
6 T lite chocolate syrup
1 T decaf instant coffee (I used regular, like Taster's Choice)
1 T water, hot
1 1/2 c lite whipped topping
6 oz Ready Crust Hershey's Chocolate Pie Crust
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer till fluffy. Add condensed milk and 4T of chocolate syrup; beat until well blended.
In a seperate bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water; stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping, pour into crust; cover and freeze overnight.
For best results, let stand in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving. The drizzle remianing 2T syrup before slicing into 10 slices.
