Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Here's a fun and easy recipe for p-butter cookies.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix well, spoon whatever size cookies onto cookie sheet. Press down with fork to make checker bord imprint on each cookie. (Dip fork in a little water if mixture sticks to fork). Bake at 350 for 4 to 8 minutes, depending on your oven.

This is a great one for the kids to do. And also when your cupboards are bare!

Thanks for reminding me of these, I used to make them all the time and my kids and DH love them!! I should try doing them with Splenda to see how they come out.
