Easy Peanutbutter roll
A girl at work told me an easy way to make a peanut butter roll.
Take one can of white cake icing and add powder sugar to it slowly while stirring. Add enough p.sugar so that you can make a ball and hold it without it being gooey.
Roll it out on waxed paper. Soften some PB in the microwave and spread it on however thick/thin you like. Roll it up.
I tasted of the one she made and it was really good.
